I don't like big pillows, here they were, but that's the problem with most hotels. Why 2 and 2 pillows?? I was supposed to have a room with a balcony, yes there was a balcony, but it was closed, supposedly for security reasons?? Because I have a ticket for the afternoon class, I was allowed to stay until 1PM for free. Thanks, that's not very common.

Everything was very good, especially the room cleanliness. The staff are really helpful.
The internet connection is really bad.Also needs an improvement for the AC at the lobby.
